Eduardo Uribe trained at the Basque Culinary Center, where he expanded his perspective on gastronomy and began shaping the style that would define Lagunilla. It was in 2017, during his time in San Sebastián, that the idea emerged—to create a space where Peruvian cuisine could meet new influences and culinary expressions, while raising awareness about sustainability in Peru.
Lagunilla began as a dark kitchen in 2020, and in November 2024, it opened its doors to the public in Ica. Since then, Eduardo has led a project focused on bringing fine dining to the region, with a unique vision and a culinary approach that blends creativity, respect for ingredients, and a strong connection to the local environment.
At Lagunilla, cooking is a way of telling our story. Our menu brings together flavors from the land and sea, with Japanese influences and distinctly Peruvian tastes.
As you explore the menu, you’ll find everything from Baos, Kamikaze Gyozas, and Corn Fritters to Makis, Ceviches, and Tiraditos—alongside Peruvian criollo dishes reimagined in our own style, like the traditional Carapulcra, Lomo Saltado, Tacu Tacu, and more.
This experience is complemented by our signature cocktail program, crafted with local ingredients and techniques designed to elevate the flavors from the kitchen to the bar.
